How should the buyer reach you?

Balance payment

Let the buyer pay the balance on Hagglein after inspecting at pickup (recommended). They can still pay in person if they prefer.

Who covers the card processing fee on the balance?

Card processing is ~2.9% + 30¢. No extra Hagglein fee on the balance — just the card cost. The buyer sees who pays it before they choose.
